Empurau Fish

The Sarawak river Empurau live in clear unpolluted water environment and the fast-flowing rivers in the state provide such conducive habitats for the fish. These Sarawak Empurau feed on fruits grown along riverbanks upstream, in particular their staple, the engkabang (tree butter) or illipe nuts which give the fish its buttery texture. Other riverine fruits that the Empurau feed on include ara, dabai and ensurai. This diet make the Sarawak Empurau different from some species in other parts of South-east Asia which feed on other food such as algae, crustaceans besides fruits.

Sultan Fish

It is known as the Sultan Fish because it was served only to the sultans (kings) & and other royalties in the past. The Sultan Fish is high in Omega-3 oil, the fish has a delicate flesh that is a fruity sweet, or umami taste. The best part is the belly, where a layer of fat just under the skin melts beautifully when steamed.

Black Emperor Fish

It is tasty as fish & chips or sautéed fish and gravy, or even grilled with some vegetables. The fish is firm and needs only very little seasoning or garnish, have a mild, slightly sweet flavor, low oiliness & moist, the Emperor fish should be your preferred choice. The Fish is among the most nutritious seafood rich in protein, vitamin D and omega-3 acids.

The Sea Tiger prawns are wild caught in Myanmar. Each Prawn is carefully cleaned and pack to ensure our customers receive the best quality of Myanmar Tiger Prawns
